These and all other criteria can be found below.
Overview of Extraordinary Ability and Recognized Expertise
Andrei Kupchin is an internationally recognized entrepreneur in the field of industrial energy monitoring and IoT technologies. He is best known for introducing and scaling the Panoramic Power system across the CIS region, pioneering a new standard for real-time, non-invasive energy data collection in industrial enterprises.

Under his leadership, the technology was successfully implemented in major corporations such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, KFC, Danone, Leroy Merlin, Frito-Lay, Saint-Gobain and 3M significantly improving energy efficiency and operational transparency.
Transforming Industrial Energy Monitoring in the CIS

I played a pivotal role in introducing, adapting, and scaling wireless energy monitoring solutions in the CIS region — where no such technologies had been previously deployed at scale. My contribution to the field lies in giving industrial companies a new kind of visibility and control over energy — one that directly translates into cost savings, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

In 2016, I led the market launch of Panoramic Power, an Israeli-developed IoT platform for real-time energy intelligence. Before I introduced Panoramic Power to the CIS market, industrial energy monitoring was reactive, opaque, and lagging. By adapting and scaling this wireless, real-time IoT solution across the region, I gave hundreds of factories, logistics hubs, and retail networks a strategic tool to reduce energy waste and optimize production.
Significant Contributions of Major Significance in the Field
My Key Contributions
Strategic Impact
Trusted by Industry Leaders
“My contribution was not just in technology — it was in building an entire ecosystem that changed how factories think about energy.”
Introduced a breakthrough solution that was non-existent in the region
I brought to market a wireless, non-invasive energy monitoring system that collects high-frequency, device-level data — enabling insights never before available in post-Soviet industry.

I created the ecosystem — training engineers, building partnerships, establishing support and service operations — so the technology could scale across Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, and beyond.

Enabled measurable cost reduction across industrial sectors
My deployments helped clients cut electricity bills by up to 25% and significantly lowered downtime risks by introducing predictive maintenance powered by data.

Embedded energy intelligence into production strategy
The systems I delivered became integral to ERP, SCADA, and cost-accounting systems — turning energy from a hidden overhead into a quantified production variable.
My Key Contributions:
These contributions reshaped energy management practices in the region’s industrial sector — leading to significant reductions in electricity consumption, improved asset management, and increased energy transparency across more than 200 facilities.

From food manufacturing and logistics to heavy industry and retail, my work helped position energy not as a cost center, but as a strategic asset.
Strategic Impact
The solution I introduced is now used by:

Unilever · McDonald’s · KFC · Coca-Cola · Danone · Frito-Lay · Leroy Merlin · 3M · Saint-Gobain · MENSHEN
…and dozens of regional leaders in manufacturing, retail, and logistics.

Performance of a Leading or Critical Role
Leading Role in International Leasing Expansion

During my tenure at OJSC "Promagrolizing" — the leading leasing company in Belarus — I held a critical leadership role that fundamentally transformed the company’s presence on the international market. Initially appointed as Head of the International Leasing Department and later Managing Director of the company’s subsidiary BelAfrica Ltd. in Mozambique, I led the creation and development of Promagrolizing’s international leasing division from scratch. Under my direct leadership:

  • A new international leasing department was created and scaled into a full-fledged directorate, enabling Promagrolizing to expand into Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

  • The company signed $23.6M in export leasing contracts in 2011 — a growth of 180% year-over-year. By 2012, Promagrolizing exported 600 agricultural machines to Georgia worth $9M.

  • I initiated and executed Promagrolizing’s first international deal — the delivery of 170 MAZ trucks in partnership with ITECO. This project involved complex multi-party negotiations with insurers, banks, and foreign logistics partners and later became a template for future transactions.

  • In one of the most complex deals under my leadership, five 220-ton BELAZ dump trucks were exported to South Africa, involving seven parties from four jurisdictions, including logistics companies, banks, and insurers.

My strategic initiatives not only generated over $10M in direct export contracts but also firmly established Promagrolizing as Belarus’s national export operator in leasing — a role that had not existed before. My work directly influenced the country’s industrial export agenda and earned the support of top-level government officials.
Founder and CEO – Strategic Leadership in IoT Innovation

As founder and CEO of the holding group comprising Intelligent Energy Monitoring (Belarus) and Electronic Energy Technologies (Russia), I played a critical and strategic role in building one of the most successful industrial IoT businesses in the post-Soviet region.

Key highlights of my leading role:

  • Launched Panoramic Power in CIS: I personally identified the market opportunity and brought the innovative Panoramic Power technology — a wireless real-time energy monitoring solution — to CIS countries. At the time, such technologies were not available in the region.

  • Built a trusted brand: Under my leadership, the product became a market leader, trusted by Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Leroy Merlin, Unilever, KAMAZ, and others. My client-centric approach and deep technical involvement drove measurable results for these companies.

  • Developed a scalable B2B sales system: I created a multilevel partner sales architecture that enabled cooperation with telecom giants like MTS, Beeline, and A1, giving access to a corporate base of over 140 million users. This structure helped grow revenue by +1014% between 2020 and 2023.

  • Oversaw more than 150 large-scale projects: Including energy efficiency optimization at 3M, Coca-Cola, and Unilever. I led teams that achieved cost reductions, decreased downtime, and boosted operational transparency.

  • Built an internal operating system: I implemented a 700+ document knowledge base and trained over 450 partner managers — forming a sustainable foundation for business scaling and service delivery.

My strategic initiatives not only generated over $10M in direct export contracts but also firmly established Promagrolizing as Belarus’s national export operator in leasing — a role that had not existed before. My work directly influenced the country’s industrial export agenda and earned the support of top-level government officials.
